Design · Supply · Install — industrial storage systems, delivered on schedule

Home / Services

Services

Four services that cover a storage project end to end. Take all four as a turnkey package, or engage us for a single stage — a design review, a supply-only order or an installation crew for equipment you already hold.

Design & Consultation

Every project starts here. We survey the building, understand how stock moves through it, and design a layout that balances storage density against pick speed — then show you the trade-off in numbers rather than adjectives.

  • On-site survey: dimensions, floor condition, obstructions, services
  • Operational review: pallet types, SKU profile, throughput, MHE in use
  • Layout drawings with aisle widths and bay configurations
  • Capacity modelling — pallet positions gained per option
  • Load specification and compliance guidance
  • Two to three costed options so the trade-offs are visible

Sourcing & Supply

Once the specification is fixed, we route production to the partner best placed to deliver it. You get one order, one delivery schedule and one invoice — the coordination behind it is our problem, not yours.

  • Partner selection against specification, price and lead time
  • Quality criteria agreed and checked before despatch
  • Order expediting and progress reporting through production
  • Delivery scheduling phased to match the installation programme
  • Consolidated documentation: certificates, load data, drawings
  • Supply-only orders welcome if you install in-house

Installation

Installation is where a good design either holds up or falls over. Our crews work to the approved drawings, anchor to the floor specification and hand over an installation that is signed off, labelled and ready to load.

  • Programme sequenced around live operations, including nights and weekends
  • Method statements and risk assessments issued before mobilisation
  • Installation to approved drawings and anchor specification
  • Load notices, bay labelling and safety accessories fitted
  • Post-installation inspection and formal handover
  • Dismantling, relocation and reconfiguration of existing racking

Project Management

One contact who owns the programme from survey to sign-off. Storage projects usually run alongside a live operation, and the management is what keeps the two from colliding.

  • Single project contact from first survey to final handover
  • Programme planning with agreed milestones and dependencies
  • Coordination with your building, fire and MHE contractors
  • Phased installation so operations continue during the works
  • Progress reporting at a frequency you set
  • Snagging, sign-off and as-installed documentation
Engagement process

What working with us looks like

Six stages, each with a clear output, so you always know what you are receiving and when.

01

Enquiry

You send the brief — building dimensions, pallet type, stock profile or simply the problem you are trying to solve. We respond within one business day.

02

Site assessment

We visit, measure and observe how the operation actually runs. No charge, and no obligation to proceed.

03

Design & proposal

You receive layout drawings, a capacity summary and itemised pricing — normally with alternatives to compare on cost and density.

04

Approval & order

Drawings and specifications are signed off, the programme is fixed, and production is placed with the selected partner.

05

Delivery & installation

Material arrives phased to the programme. Installation proceeds to the approved drawings, sequenced around your operation.

06

Handover & support

Inspection, load notices, documentation and sign-off — followed by ongoing support for inspections, additions and reconfigurations.

After handover

Support that continues past sign-off

Racking is a long-life asset in a high-impact environment. Forklift strikes, stock profile changes and expansion all mean the installation you sign off today will need attention later.

We stay available for inspections, damaged-component replacement, extensions into new bays and full reconfigurations — on installations we supplied and, in most cases, on systems installed by others.

Ongoing services

  • Rack safety inspections with a written report and risk-rated actions
  • Damaged component replacement — uprights, beams, braces and footplates
  • Extensions and additions to existing runs as stock grows
  • Reconfiguration when the pallet or SKU profile changes
  • Relocation — dismantle, transport and reinstall on a new site
  • Operator guidance on safe use, load limits and damage reporting
Common questions

Before you enquire

Which areas do you cover?

We currently work across the Delhi NCR belt — sites within roughly 80–100 km of Delhi, covering Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and the surrounding industrial belt. If you are outside this radius, get in touch and we will let you know whether we can still take on the project.

Do you charge for the site assessment?

No. The initial site visit, measurement and outline layout proposal are provided free of charge and without obligation. Detailed engineering work on complex projects is quoted separately and agreed in advance.

How quickly can you turn around a quotation?

For standard pallet racking and shelving, an indicative layout and budget typically follow within a few working days of the site visit. Mezzanines and custom systems take longer because the engineering is project-specific — we will confirm a date when we take the brief.

Can you work around a live operation?

Yes, and most of our installations are exactly that. Work is phased area by area, and we schedule outside operating hours — nights, weekends or shutdown periods — where that is the least disruptive route.

Will you supply without installing?

Yes. Supply-only orders are welcome if you have an in-house team or a preferred installer. We still provide drawings, load data and the handover documentation you need to install safely and correctly.

Can you extend or repair racking we already have?

In most cases, yes. We will identify the existing system, source compatible components where they are available, and advise honestly when a mismatch means replacement is the safer option rather than an extension.

You do not manufacture yourselves — how is quality controlled?

We specify the standard each component must meet, select partners against those criteria, audit their facilities and check the work before despatch. We take responsibility for the specification, the installation and the handover documentation. In-house manufacturing of high-volume standard components is on our roadmap — see About Us.

Ready to start?

Book a site assessment or send us a brief. Either way, you will have a layout and a budget to work with before you commit to anything.
