01 · Pallet Racking

Pallet Racking Systems

The workhorse of palletised storage. Adjustable beam levels let you change the configuration as your stock profile changes, with direct access to every pallet position where selectivity matters most.

We specify the configuration around your throughput and SKU count: fully selective where picking speed dominates, higher-density formats where floor area is the constraint. Frame heights, beam lengths and level spacings are set from the survey.

Configurations available

  • Selective racking — 100% pallet access, the default for mixed, fast-moving stock.
  • Double-deep — higher density where SKUs run to two or more pallets.
  • Drive-in / drive-through — maximum density for low-SKU, high-volume storage.
  • Push-back and pallet live — density with FIFO or LIFO rotation built in.
  • Very narrow aisle (VNA) — height and density combined, for guided truck operations.

02 · Shelving Systems

Shelving Systems

For stock that is picked by hand rather than by forklift: spares, cartons, small parts, archive and e-commerce pick faces. Boltless assembly means levels can be re-pitched in minutes as the stock profile changes.

Shelving is often where the quickest capacity gains sit. Correct level pitching, the right shelf depth and a sensible pick-face height can lift storage density substantially without touching the building.

  • Boltless shelving — fast assembly and reconfiguration for general storage.
  • Long-span shelving — wider bays for bulky, hand-loaded items.
  • Multi-tier systems — shelving stacked into two or three walkable levels.
  • Small parts & bin storage — drawer units, louvre panels and bin fronts.
  • Archive & document storage — depth and pitch set for box sizes.

03 · Mezzanine Floors

Mezzanine Floors

The cheapest square metre is usually the one already inside your building. A structural mezzanine converts unused headroom into a second working level — storage, picking, packing or offices — without extending the footprint or triggering a relocation.

Each mezzanine is engineered to the loading it will carry and the column grid the building allows, with staircases, handrails, edge protection and pallet gates designed in from the start rather than added later.

Custom Storage Solutions

Not every load fits on a pallet. Long goods, heavy dies, reels, tyres and irregular assemblies need systems designed around the item itself — and this is where the integrator model earns its keep.

We start from the load: its weight, dimensions, handling method and rotation. From there we specify a system, engineer it with the right partner and install it. Existing racking can often be adapted rather than replaced, which is usually the cheaper answer.
